: (1) For the filling up of first and second class vacancies in the gazetted service, the concerned body shall send the demand form as per schedule-2 to the commission in writing.
(2) After receiving the demand according to sub-rule (1), the Commission shall determine the number of posts in the case of the gazetted first and second category of the Federal Judicial Service based on the percentage determined in the law related to the service in accordance with the formula mentioned in Schedule-3.
(3) After determining the number of posts according to sub-rule (2), the Secretariat shall send a written notice to the Public Service Commission for the posts to be filled through internal and open competition.
